Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP "F3" represents nearly 400 of California's educational institutions and related agencies.  These institutions include school districts, community college districts, SELPAs, county offices of education, and related agencies.

From elementary school teachers in Poway and the Coachella Valley and an honors English teacher who helped introduce the International Baccalaureate program to districts to trustees and general counsels, many F3 attorneys and senior staff began their professional careers in public education.  We joined together to build a firm dedicated to support public education in achieving its historic goal of helping all students to realize their potential.
