F3 Partners and Green Technology Advisory Board Members Kathleen J. McKee and Mark S. Williams presented at the 2011 Green K-12 and Community College Summit.  Ms. McKee explained how positioning energy efficiency projects can lead to the successful passage of bond campaigns, and Mr. Williams moderated panels on funding and implementing renewable energy projects.  At the Green K-12 and community College Summit Leadership Awards, Ms. McKee presented the Oak Park Unified School District with the Green School District Award.
