Greg Rodriguez is an associate in the firm's San Diego office.  An experienced business, real estate and land use attorney, his legal experience covers a wide range of complex land, construction and environmental issues.

Mr. Rodriguez has assisted in numerous litigation matters related to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), eminent domain, inverse condemnation and boundary disputes.

Before joining F3, Mr. Rodriguez was an associate at another California law firm, where his work focused on corporate land matters. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez was a staff member for Senator Dianne Feinstein in Washington D.C., where he focused on issues related to environment, energy and water. He was an intern for the Energy and Corporate Responsibility Section of the California Attorney General during law school.

Mr. Rodriguez received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in International Relations with a concentration in Comparative International Political Economy, and his law degree from the University of Arizona, where he received the Joseph M. Livermore Service Award.

It was a project at the University of Arizona, where he studied the relationship between water and energy use, that triggered his interest in the environment, an interest that is now a personal and professional passion.

Mr. Rodriguez is a member of the Stanford Alumni Association, the San Diego YMCA Board of Directors and member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association.
