Elizabeth B. (Lisa) Mori is a partner in the Oakland office. Over the past decade, Ms. Mori has counseled and represented public school and community college districts in all areas of school law, including personnel, employment discrimination, governance, the Brown Act, litigation, administrative hearings, collective bargaining, student discipline, labor law, contracts and special education. Currently, her practice focuses mainly on labor and employment-related issues. Ms. Mori has appeared on numerous occasions in both federal and state courts as well as before the California Office of Administrative Hearings on behalf of school districts. In addition, she volunteers and serves on her local school's PTA Executive Board and coaches youth soccer.
Ms. Mori received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
